Sertãozinho is a family-run farm with almost 70 years of tradition in the mountains of Minas Gerais. Their property is recognizable for its ancient Jequitibá Rosa tree – a symbol of deep respect for nature – that also bores out in their practices.
Coffee Producer, José Renato Gonçalves Dias manufactures organic fertilizers and composts on the property for his crops, and has vast reserve areas to preserve local vegetation. Worker well-being is of equal importance to Jose who provides permanent workers with unlimited healthcare, access to education, professional development and on-site schooling for their children.
This Catuaí lot has grown in a microclimate very favorable to coffee growing. It’s a sophisticated cup through simplicity, naturalness and authenticity.
GROUND COFFEE ORDERS:
We only offer a universal medium grind suitable for Auto Drip, French Press, Pourover and Aeropress. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate other grind requests, including espresso.
